Duties
and Responsibilities:

 

Research content in the marketplace and analyse
competitors in the industry to analyse their strengths and weaknesses

 

Identify the clients who are the intended
recipients of the company’s content materials.

 

Create content for specific target customers by
analysing their preferences, expectations and ultimate needs to deliver content
they will be most interested in.

 

Edit, Proofread and improve content in order to
ensure that the content is consistent in terms of style, tone of voice and
quality.

 

Ensure that the content meets all Google
guidelines.

 

Decide upon the time of delivery of content based
on the editorial calendar prepared by the Content Marketing Manager.

 

Help to promote the content across various social
networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.

 

Maintain company website content to ensure that it
is up to date and accurate to facilitate the customers and clients to have a
good online experience.

 

Work with the web development and design teams to
produce content in the forms of blogs, articles and videos that meets the aims
and objectives of the clients.

 

Assist the Content Manager in managing all aspects
of client online content platforms and social media as well as implementing
content strategy across all platforms.

 

Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to
create and follow a strict content development and marketing plan for all
clients.

 

Facilitate and manage ongoing partnerships with in house and external content producers
and copywriters.

 

Qualification
Requirements:

Education & Experience:

BA/BS degree or equivalent working
experience.

·        
A degree in journalism, marketing,
public relations or communications.

 

Skills & Knowledge:

·        
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.

·        
Strong analytical skills.

·        
Proficiency in English language.

·        
Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS.

·        
Knowledge of latest SEO updates.

·        
Experience of working with CMS
platforms, especially WordPress desirable.

·        
Experience of working with Google
Analytics, Slideshare and other similar channels.

·        
Experience in video editing.

·        
Expertise in handling social media
platforms.

·        
Attention to detail.

·        
Time management and multi-tasking.

·        
Ability to work well within deadlines.

·        
Ability to manage yourself as well as
work within teams.
